RELAXATION

Not only does it feel good, it's also therapeutic to relax. Whether you're looking for a stress-buster, to unwind, or just take some time for yourself, a little indulgence is good for you. Indeed, we believe that massage should be seen as a regular part of our lives and not just a luxury or 'pamper' event. Whatever the reason, our range of services will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

"Reflexology has helped several clients suffering from work-related stress, anxiety and depression."

SWEDISH MASSAGE
Turn down the lights, a little soft music, and feel your stress just ebb away through long, flowing strokes and gentle massage. This traditional form of massage aims to increase circulation, ease tension, create the sensation of length, and provide relaxation.

REFLEXOLOGY
This relaxing massage technique works on the idea that the body's organs and systems are reflected in 'reflexes' in the hands and feet, in that a particular point on the foot or hand refers to a specific organ or part of the body. The massage is given by pressure of the thumb and fingers in a slow creeping motion across the foot and hands. Deeply relaxing, and rejuvenating for the body and mind.

CHAIR MASSAGE
A stiff neck, aching wrists or shoulders that feel as if someone folded them up? Anyone who has sat behind a desk all day will recognise the symptoms of workplace fatigue. Sitting in our massage chair opens up the back muscles, relieves strain on the neck and provides a gentle respite for eyes usually glued to a computer screen. Even 15 minutes of massage to the neck, back, arms and hands can increase circulation, returning energy levels and helping keep the body injury free.
